Frank's Automotive is run by Frank Smalley and his son Trevor. I have used their services to maintain and repair my track cars over the last few years. The fact that Frank is an old school racer and Trevor is himself a track enthusiast explain why they not only have regular car mechanic expertise but also expertise with race cars and other track cars. Track cars live hard and take tremendous punishment and Frank and Trevor have always come through for me. But their expertise is not the only reason why I frequent their business. They are both honest and trustworthy and they treat their customers like friends. They go out of their way to help their customers. It is typical of them to give you a lift home if you need a ride back home while your car is being serviced and they are not otherwise swamped with work. As long as Frank and Trevor own the shop, I will continue to be a loyal customer.
I purchased a Dodge Ram from Trevor, I was told the vehicle is in great working condition, after having the truck for 25 days it blew the Crank shaft sending the part through the bottom of the oil pan, I'm having to spend $8000 for a brand new engine, Frank Automotive is not willing to meet me any where for the cost of the repairs. Currently I'm Filing a claim with Better Business Bureau, they stated this is a purchase that's worth getting a lawyer, I have found a attorney and getting all my documents together to proceed with court.
